You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
Personalized or customized products
Items on sale or marked “final sale”
Perishable goods (if applicable)

We’ll provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@evallys.com.
